All our products are sent by APC to all parts of the UK. Please allow up to 7 days from the date of order for your goods to be delivered.
All our international orders are sent by Gazelle. Please allow up to 10 days from the date of order for your goods to be delivered.
For all international orders you will be emailed a Gazelle tracking code and contact details for Gazelle if you need to speak to someone about your order.

A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.
We are able to deliver items to addresses other than the billing/card holder address. Please choose this option when making your order. If you would like your order to be delivered on a specified day, please just give us a call or email us and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.
US customers will not have to pay any additional sales taxes or charges after purchasing our products.

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, simply return to us at the address below in re-saleable condition within three days of delivery and we will provide a full refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive an order that has been damaged we will arrange an immediate replacement.
